Blades of Hoop Training
Personal Training is a 1 on 1 session that focuses on player development in needed areas of training for every individual basketball player. This session improves the skills of the individual and pushes the individual to step out of their comfort zone which creates an intense workout. This session is usually a 1 hour training session, and not only does it strenghten weaknesses, it also makes you feel more confident in games.
This is a workout that could have two or more players participating in this session. Group training is a competetive session that pushes each individual to compete amongst others in the session. this session consists of competitive shootings drills, defensive help drills, "screen & rolls" and "pick & pop" situations. All that will help improve the individual play making wise decisions.
